It was passed off as fan-made for some time, until i just not noticed that the Godzilla: King of the Monsters post depicts concept art, revealed two years later from the initial release of Godzilla and Ghidorah's silhouettes clashing. Now there are immediate red flags here as it shows the Peter Jackson Kong design and Gareth Edward's Godzilla.
